At Stitch in Style, every dress is specially made to order with love and care for your little one.
Because each outfit is custom-stitched according to your selected size and design preferences, we do not offer returns or refunds on any orders once placed But We offer Exchange on Products.

However, we truly value customer satisfaction — and if a mistake occurs from our side, we’re always ready to make it right.


1. Return Policy

Since all our products are made on order, we follow a no return and no refund policy.
Each article is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure high-quality standards.

Please make sure to check size charts and details carefully before placing your order.


2. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received the wrong size (different from the one you ordered)

  • The product delivered is faulty or damaged

If any of the above situations occur, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via:

Please share:

  • Your order number

  • Clear pictures of the product received

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, our team will arrange for an exchange or replacement of your item.

Note: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition when requesting an exchange.


3. Advance Payment Policy

To ensure smooth order processing and reduce the return ratio, advance payment is mandatory for all custom-made orders.

  • For orders under PKR 5,000, an advance payment of PKR 1,000 is required.

  • For orders above PKR 5,000, an advance payment of 20% of the total amount is required.

Advance Payment Procedure

After you place your order:

  1. Our representative will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the details.

  2. You will receive the account number for advance payment.

  3. Please make the payment and send a screenshot of the transaction.

  4. Once the payment is verified, your order will be confirmed and sent for stitching.

Advance payments are non-refundable since all items are custom made after payment confirmation.


4. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Orders are not processed until advance payment proof is received.

  • Stitching and preparation begin only after confirmation.

  • Custom orders usually take a few working days depending on the design and fabric availability.

5. Important Notes

  • Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Exchange is applicable only once per order.

  • Shipping costs for exchange (both ways) may apply unless the fault was from our end.

  • Please note that color shades may slightly vary due to lighting or screen differences — this will not be considered a fault for exchange.
