Welcome to Stitch in Style, your trusted online store for custom-made kids’ dresses in Pakistan, including fairy frocks, western dresses, and eastern outfits for girls aged 0 to 14 years.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website https://stitchinstylefashion.com/ and your interactions with our products and services.

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

  • Stitch in Style is an online fashion boutique that sells made-to-order kids’ clothing across Pakistan.

  • Our website, content, and services are operated under the laws of Pakistan.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you are placing the order under parental or guardian supervision.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and preventing unauthorized access.

3. Products and Descriptions

All our articles are made to order and carefully handcrafted. While we try to display colors and details as accurately as possible, please note:

  • Actual product colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen differences.

  • Minor variations in design or stitching may occur since each dress is custom-made.

These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and will not be considered as defects.

4. Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, our team will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm details.

  • You’ll receive account details for advance payment.

  • After payment confirmation and verification (via screenshot), your order will be sent for stitching.

Orders are not processed without advance payment confirmation.

5. Advance Payment Policy

To begin production, we require an advance payment as follows:

  • PKR 1,000 for orders below PKR 5,000

  • 20% of total amount for orders above PKR 5,000

Advance payments are non-refundable, as all items are made on order specifically for each customer.

6. Delivery & Shipping

  • Standard delivery time: 7–10 working days

  • Urgent delivery (TCS Overnight): 4–5 working days with higher delivery charges

  • Cargo delivery (select cities): 48–72 hours

We dispatch all orders on time via Leopard Courier, TCS, PostEx, or the most reliable courier service in your area.
However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies after dispatch.
Customers receive a tracking ID once their parcel is shipped.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

Since all items are custom-made, we follow a no-return and no-refund policy.
However, exchanges are available only if:

  • You received the wrong product or size, or

  • The product arrived damaged or faulty.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery through Instagram, WhatsApp, or Email.

8. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices may change without prior notice due to fabric availability, customization, or promotional offers.

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or other approved methods shared during order confirmation.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including product images, logos, graphics, designs, and text displayed on Stitch in Style, are the exclusive property of Stitch in Style.
Reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of any material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Stitch in Style shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays, loss, or damage caused by courier companies after dispatch.

  • Color differences due to screen display or fabric variations.

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer during checkout (e.g., wrong address or phone number).

Our responsibility ends once the order has been dispatched on time.

11. Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been confirmed and advance payment received, it cannot be canceled since production begins immediately.
Please double-check all order details (size, color, style) before making payment.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
