We take pride in ensuring that every order is delivered safely and on time. Since all our articles are made on order, our shipping timelines include both stitching and delivery durations.

1. Delivery Partners

We ship all orders through reliable courier services in Pakistan, including:

  • Leopard Courier Service (LCS)

  • TCS

  • PostEx

  • Or any other trusted courier with a strong delivery record in your city.

Our system automatically selects the courier that ensures faster and safer delivery based on your location.

2. Standard Delivery (7–10 Working Days)

All regular orders are processed and delivered within 7 to 10 working days after advance payment confirmation.

Since each outfit is custom-stitched upon order, this timeframe includes both production and delivery time.

You will receive your tracking ID once the parcel is dispatched, allowing you to track your order directly on the courier’s official website.

3. Urgent Delivery (4–5 Working Days)

For customers who need their order sooner, we offer an Urgent Delivery Service.

  • Delivery Time: 4–5 working days

  • Charges: Higher than standard delivery 

4. Cargo Service (48–72 Hours)

We also provide Cargo Delivery Service for customers located in major cities.

  • Delivery Time: 48 to 72 hours (2–3 days)

  • Available in: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, and few other cities

  • How to order: Customers must place cargo orders directly via Instagram or WhatsApp.

Our team will confirm cargo availability and charges based on your city before processing.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a Tracking ID via WhatsApp or Email.
You can track your parcel through the respective courier’s official tracking page to stay updated on its status and estimated delivery date.

6. Shipping Delays

While we always ensure timely dispatch from our end, occasional delivery delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Please note:

Stitch in Style is responsible for timely dispatch of your order, but not for delays caused by courier services.

We continuously monitor courier performance to minimize such issues and always choose the most reliable delivery partner for your location.
